Receive & dispatch all HOA related repairs, (i.e., Exterior maintenance of cottage units, gutter cleaning, pest control)
Attend monthly Landscaping committee meetings
Attend monthly Board Meetings
Maintain Date Base of repairs to be charged to HOA.
Maintain Data Base of units no longer under Builder Warranty
Maintain Date Base of irrigation/water service seasonal activation
Assist with access to owner's cottages for purpose of repairs.
Manage Spectrum Bulk Services Account for HOA
Manage Gate Fob & punch code account
Open Community Center (on day working)
Daily cleaning of pools, Testing of pools (3) times per day, maintenance of pool records
Maintain supplies of materials for Game Room, Card Room & Recreational Areas
Registration of all Owner's vehicles
Registration of Golf Carts (Proof of Liability & Collision Insurance on file)
Registration of all Rental vehicles
Registration of Pets
Registration of all Rental units. (Listing Broker/Unit owner to supply RR! Fonn & copy of Lea" c in advance to HOA Board)
Enforcement of HOA Rules & Regulations as pertains to Community Center & Common Areas.
This is a year-round, 20-30 hour per week hourly position
Compensation is $25.00 per hour.
Employment is subject to completion of a Cori background check that is acceptable to the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve Board of Directors.
In addition to your Salary, you will be entitled to the following benefits:
1. One-week (1) week paid vacation after one full year of employment
2. A total of five (S) paid Sick Days/year are included
