The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant Position will provide administrative, and clerical support to the business owner and any other employees for the company to maintain an efficient office environment.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous office experience
Competent computer skills including basic Quick Books and MS Office or equivalent
Internet skills including the use of e-mails and data collection
Qualities:
Polite mannerisms and the ability to problem-solve
Attention to detail
Organization and planning skills
Excellent Work management and prioritizing skills
Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adjust and grow with the position and the responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Process daily incoming mail to the appropriate areas as needed
Listen to all phone messages and e-mail to the business owner
Answer incoming phone calls and send messages as needed
Complete all daily entries into QuickBooks
Update metal price sheet as needed
Ability to work well with others
The responsibilities of this position are ever-changing and need someone willing to adjust to these changes in the role of the Administrative Assistant.
