I have a hipped roof small barn / horse stable (24' X 20') in the town of Gorham that's about 50 years old and needs some exterior "sprucing up". The current siding is pine clapboards layed 5 1/2" to the weather. Two or three sides of the building need to have the existing clapboards taken off and replaced with pre-painted new ones. Also, several of the corner trim boards need replacing. Additionally, some of the window openings need attention as well. I'm not looking for a highly skilled cabinet maker for this work. Just basic carpentry skills is all that's required. Some of the task will require working from a ladder and also the cutting of clapboards, so I am looking for someone who's insured.
