Cottage in the Lane is a small, family owned seasonal cottage rental business with 10 cottages on 6 acres located in Wells, Maine. We are looking for a part time Landscaper/ maintenance person to work from current - October.
-Primary duties include mowing and trimming one day a week. Second day will be weeding, bush trimming, brush mowing. Each day will start with cleaning the pool and pool furniture.
-The best candidate will be able to work every other Saturday during cottage turnover to be available for maintenance and repairs.
-Looking for someone with professional landscape/ mowing experience but willing to train the right person.
-All equipment and tools provided, company truck for dump runs and supply runs.
-Schedule is flexible but will be 2 days a week with an extra day every other Saturday.
-Inquiries are also excepted for mowing and weeding only.
Tasks include:
- General landscape maintenance
- Lawn mowing / trimming once a week
- Spring / Fall cleanup
- Mulching
- Gardening / weeding
- Tree / shrub trimming
- Brush cutting
- Light tractor work
General Facilities Maintenance:
- Painting
- Light plumbing / electrical
- Light carpentry
- Home repairs
- Pool cleaning / maintenance
- Dump runs
Bigger projects also available for extra hours if desired.
Starting at +/- $23/hour depending on experience
