Job Details:

This is a part-time salaried position. The salary will be $16,000 per year (equates to roughly $15.38/hr) and any lesser or greater hours worked one week will be compensated with an appropriately balanced schedule the following week. Because this position is grant funded, the salary is non-negotiable.

The Augusta Recovery Re-Entry Center is open to the public on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. You will be assigned to eighteen hours of coverage on those days, plus a two hour staff meeting on Wednesdays. Efforts will be made to keep the schedule consistent and work around your availability, but at least some weekend time will likely be required.

Given the nature of the position, lived experience with incarceration and/or substance use and at least one year of successful recovery/reentry is strongly preferred. However, lack of a criminal history will not necessarily be a disqualification for employment.
