Apex Management is seeking a part-time maintenance person or contractor for apartment maintenance work in Portland, ME. Work will include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and other general maintenance requests and is expected to be 5-15 hours per week. 2-3 years maintenance experience required. Must be highly dependable and willing to do 24-hour emergency calls. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience is a plus. Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle and tools. Competitive hourly rate and mileage reimbursement.
