As a live in house manager your room and board is free with free laundry services, pay stipend is incentive based. Duty's include, Cleaning / Flipping the room as guess leave, checking guessed in, going over house rules, taking payment, collecting weekly rent, keeping record, be available for guess as needed, Keeping the rooms full. Maintain a clean quiet and safe environment for all. Advertising the weekly rooms , Tours/ showings.
