Position Details:
Job Title: Seasonal Part-Time Gardener
Location: Biddeford Pool
Schedule: 2-3 days (15-25 hours) per week
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
Season: April 1st through mid November (Weather dependent)
What You’ll Do:
Assist with planting, pruning, mulching, and general garden maintenance.
Weed, edge, and care for flower beds and ornamental plantings.
Safely use hand tools and basic gardening equipment.
Work independently and as part of a team in various outdoor conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (preferred but not required).
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a passion for plants.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Excellent listening and communication skills
