Experienced house cleaner for vacation rental

Looking for an experienced house cleaner for a vacation rental. Must be willing to work weekends ( mainly Saturday 10-4) and have a flexible schedule to work on other days particularly in the off season. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, very dependable, they are not afraid to work hard and understands that you need to be thorough yet speedy to ensure the house is ready for our next guests to arrive. We do not pay off the books. We are paying $40.00 per hour starting in April/May through then end of October.
