Experienced Handyman Needed

Oxford Property Management of South Paris ME is looking for a 30-40 hours a week maintenance worker who has a variety of handyman skills. Must have skills in basic repairs to plumbing, installing fixtures, painting, and more. They manage all the odd jobs that are needed to keep our buildings running. The ability to work independently and as a team. Must have own hand tools, valid drivers license, pass a background check. Must have personal skills to communicate with tenants.
