Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Event Rental Warehouse Assistant. This role will primarily involve supporting our warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the overall organization of our rental equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking incoming and outgoing rental items.
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of tents, tables, chairs, linens, and other rental items to ensure they are in excellent condition for client use.
Keep the warehouse space clean, organized, and free of clutter to maximize efficiency and safety.
Assist in the loading and unloading of rental equipment for events, ensuring items are securely packed and transported.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform routine equipment inspections to identify any damages or maintenance needs.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a warehouse or event rental environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including tents and furniture, as needed.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work Monday - Friday 7:30-4pm
