We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Cleaner.
This is a part-time position of 15 to 20 hours per week, with the occasional option to pick-up additional hours assisting our Maintenance Team with Apartment Turns and General Maintenance Tasks.
This position pays $17 per hour.
Working hours would be during agreeable times, during daylight hours.
General Duties of this position include:
Cleaning Laundry Rooms and Common Areas (Community Rooms, Hallways) of our properties
Collection of quarters from coin operated laundry machines
We are seeking an individual who:
Has a valid drivers license
Has dependable transportation that is able to travel between our properties in Bangor, Brewer, Hermon and Orrington.
Is capable of working on their own, or as part of a team
