Nate Holyoke Builders, a high-end builder specializing in architecturally designed homes, is seeking to add a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
As a member of the team, the Site Cleaner will be responsible for working alongside the crew to keep the job site free from debris and hazards. A typical day is filled with vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, installing/removing floor and cabinet protection, and various other tasks. The selected candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. This role will require the cleaner to travel between various sites on a rotational basis – sites are based on Mt. Desert Island.
Responsibilities:
Vacuum debris
Organize construction materials
Install/Remove floor, wall, and cabinet protection
Wiping down surfaces
Removing construction debris
Adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Proactively achieve task assigned and estimate effort required for each task

Qualifications & Skills:
Must have drivers license and reliable transportation
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Self-motivated, forward moving, quick learner
Ability to bend, stretch, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs.
