JOB DETAILS (Part 1/2)
Job entails three sections: the production, the store, and the grow. Ideal candidates will be able to handle at a minimum of two of the three sections on the farm. The more you learn and have the capacity of handling, the higher earning potential you will have. Everything is expected to be done in a timely manner.
Production on the farm is as follows:
-Trimming flower, and using all appropriate equipment to do so.
-Rolling pre rolled joints, and using all appropriate equipment to do so.
-Producing craft edibles with assistance of guides.
-Properly dosing edible batches.
-Producing craft drinks with assistance of guides.
-Properly dosing drink batches.
-Learning & creation of additional cannabis products.
-Clean & organize work station.
-Ability to seldomly lift 25-30lbs without injury.
-Strong time management ability.

Running the store on the farm is as follows:
-Answering all phone calls & dialing back all missed phone calls.
-Answering all patient questions, whether in person or over phone, and forwarding any uncertain questions to someone who can answer.
-Greeting patients at store door, with a smile.
-Ability to stay calm and collected during busy times on the farm.
-Stocking the store when necessary.
-Recording sales logged throughout the day.
-Inputting patient data into Point Of Sale system.
-Strong ability to communicate with team the needs of patients and store.
-Counting down drawer, keeping drawer balanced, accurate deposits.
-Clean & organize store.
-Strong time management ability.

Assisting in the grow is as follows:
-Watering & feeding the cannabis plants.
-Cleaning reservoirs.
-Filling reservoirs.
-Cleaning grow equipment.
-Cleaning grow rooms.
-Defoliating plants of fan leaves.
-Staking plants.
-Managing plant count.
-Plant inventory.
-Clean & organize equipment station, cleaning station, nutrient station.
-Additional help may be required.
-Ability to lift 30-50lb semi regularly.
-Strong time management ability.

LIVING DETAILS (Part 2/2)
For the ideal candidate, we are able to provide a sublet bedroom at a reduce rate, with all electrical, water, and trash removal included. With an average studio rent in the area at $1200, and average sublet room at $6-800, we can provide one bedroom for $50 a week. This could allow the perfect candidate to relocate from a different area, to be able to work on the farm, and live here too, at a subsidized rate. What would require said candidate:
-Be a dedicated person to the job.
-Show major proficiency in multiple parts of the job.
-Pass general background check.
-Agree to, and obey, the boundaries set in the living agreement.
-Ability to clean up after self in common spaces.
-Strong communication.
-Honesty & loyalty to a default.
A multi-interview process will be required for both the job, and the ability to live on the farm. Regular reviews in six month intervals will be available for the best candidates to make more than starting wage. A Non Disclosure Agreement will be required to both work here, and one to live here.
