Off Track Pizza is a new pizza shop opening soon in Portland’s Old Port, and we are ready to start hiring.

Pizza Cook: I’ll keep this job description brief. Make pies, make ‘em fast and make ‘em pretty.
Sandwich/Garde Manger: If the thought of staring down at a 6-burner range or picking lobster meat all summer has you down, you’re in luck. Our sandwich line has no burners, plenty of sunlight, and no crustaceans.
Front Counter: Sling slices, sling sandos, and crack beers. Also, you will probably have to tell at least 2-3 people (that didn’t read the menu) a day that we don’t have lobster rolls. It’s tourist season in Maine, what can you do?
