Sweet Pea's Catering is looking for a Full Time Prep Manager, starting late April. $25 a hour, flexible schedule, housing available. This person will need reliable transportation, good knife skills, and very good organizational skills. There will be some staff management involved, but mostly you will be free to have the kitchen to yourself! There is a lot of prep that going into our scratch catering menu, but our recipes are clear and straightforward. Additional income available for on site catering events, but not required if you'd rather keep it to daytime hours.
