Franciska is a new wine bar an intimate 20-seat space in Portland’s Old Port that is all about bringing people together over thoughtfully crafted dishes made with New England-sourced ingredients and house-made specialties.
We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our small but dedicated team. This is a hands-on role in a tight-knit kitchen where collaboration and attention to detail are key. Ideal candidates should have:
✅ At least 2 years experience as sous chef in a professional kitchen
✅ A passion for quality ingredients and scratch cooking
✅ The ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced space
✅ A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
