S. Fernald's is a busy Delicatessen and Country Store located in the heart of Damariscotta.
We provide our customers with warm and friendly service with delicious food to follow. We are looking for multiple team members for part time and full time positions, weekdays and weekends. Ideal candidates will be available year around.
Applicants must have a willingness and desire to learn and grow professionally. Must be able to work cleanly, efficiently, with respect for quality ingredients, and careful attention to preparation. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
In addition to producing high quality meals for our clientele, applicants will be expected to take an active roll in cleaning, dish washing, and customer support. We are looking for a team member that takes the same amount of pride in their work as we do. Experience is a plus but not necessary.
