Part time 2-3 shifts a week. Assist in daytime prep, possibly cover a night line shift if interested. We make daily menus that incorporate whole animal butchery, stocks/sauce making, fresh pastas/breads etc etc. Located on a 120 acre produce farm in Cape Elizabeth.
