Part Time Kitchen Manager for Adult Living Facility in South Portland
This position will aid and to work closely with the Food Service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining room. They will be responsible for directing the operation of the food services department in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations as well as the Betsy Ross policies and procedures to assure that quality services are provided, and that the food service department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
No evenings! Three days per week 22.5 hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Additional coverage for vacations. Benefits include paid lunch, holidays and PTO.
