Market Baker
Pineland Farms Market | Located at 32 Farm View Drive, New Gloucester, Maine
Job Description:
Pineland Farms is a gem in Southern Maine and our Market is seeing unprecedented growth and we are seeking a part-time baker. This is a year-round position; we will not be hiring seasonal staff for this job. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn from and work with others. Candidates with previous experience in baking will be given priority in our hiring process, but we are willing to train the right person with no experience.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Baking bagels, muffins, cookies, scones and dessert bars
Working 1-4 shifts per week (based on employees desired number of days) , primarily mornings starting at 5AM.
Working and collaborating with other bakery team members and kitchen staff
Requirements:
Must be available for one weekend shift.
Great customer service
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
