Head Housekeeper hours are from 10-2 or 3PM – this is a salaried position with good pay and a 25 hour work week!
We are seeking an individual who possesses strong leadership skills, meticulous attention
to detail, and a commitment to upholding high standards. As the Lead
Housekeeper, you will significantly contribute to enhancing guest
satisfaction and preserving the reputation of our hostel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and oversee our housekeeping team to maintain consistent
cleaning standards
- Cultivate a positive and motivated work environment that fosters
teamwork, growth, and professional development.
- Looking for a candidate with a combination of strong, friendly
interpersonal skills and hands-on management capabilities.
- Inventory management
Schedule:
- Thursday through Monday , 10am to 2/3pm
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning services
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to climb 4 flights of stairs carrying heavy loads
- Ability to make bunk beds! some climbing is involved
- High standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing unforeseen
challenges.
Salary: $25,000 to $32,000 per year for 25 hour work week, matching 401k and PTO
