Head Chef & BOH Manager 80K Potential

80K potential for right person. We are actively looking for hands-on Head Chef/Kitchen Manager that is a highly skilled professional cook to oversee the operations of a our busy restaurant. They will responsible for all the activities related to managing a kitchen that can see 200-400 covers a day and is growing. Duties include hiring and training staff (open to brining in your own crew) to properly prep and execute on cooking and serving dishes while operating in a friendly, clean environment. Expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes and work with talented staff at creating new dishes to add to the menu. Weekly ordering, inventory control, training, overseeing cleaning etc., We are offering a very competitive salary, 2 weeks paid vacation, sign-on bonus and a great opportunity of profit sharing at this busy gastro pub style restaurant.
