ABOUT DUCKFAT
DUCKFAT on Middle Street was started in 2005 by Food & Wine's Best Chef, James Beard winner and three time Chopped Champion Rob Evans and his wife Nancy Pugh. In 2018 Duckfat's sister location-Duckfat Frites Shack opened on Washington Ave sharing an outdoor beer garden with Oxbow Blending & Bottling. This location houses our production kitchen as well as a food window. DUCKFAT specializes in charcuterie, smoked meats, preservation, fermentation, sandwiches, house-made sodas and our renowned iconic Belgian duck fat fries. We are a diverse company looking for like minded individuals to join our team.
