LINE - seeking a creative, hard-working, and motivated individual to join the team. We give our line cooks the opportunity to create dishes using the best ingredients that Maine has to offer, sourcing from a multitude of local farms. To be eligible for this position you must have 3+ years’ experience and your own knives. - This is an afternoon/evening position.
PASTRY - looking for an individual interested in pastry service and light production. This position has significant potential for growth and advancement, working closely with our pastry chef, producing classically oriented high level desserts.
Our menu changes frequently, focusing on the availability of seasonal fruits from local Maine farmers throughout the growing season as well as conserving fruit for our winter pastry larder and maintaining an in house chocolatiering program. - This is an afternoon/evening position.
