I have one position available for my food trailer 2024. The position is for a food production, two shifts of production and two shifts of events, we'll need someone to do some pop ups solo sporadically, so drivers license is required and transportation as well ,We are happy to train at the right person, positive, active, willing to learn.
We are based in Fork Food Lab an incubator and networking space for small food businesses and is where we will make all our production did I mention empanadas, salsas and latin american food?. This is an environment for entrepreneurs, so if you are thinking in starting your food business this could be a place for you.
We have a schedule Monday and Tuesday for production, and we go to events from Thursday to Sunday. Schedules could change week to week, we do Farmers markets, fairs, concerts, festival, and catering, But we'll be constant with production
Schedule would be Monday, Tuesday 8 hour production day and Thursday, Friday and Saturday for events, about 5 to 6 hours events.
Once again, we are interested in people that want a chance to grow with our company and become leaders as we grow the business. Driver license is preferred and if you have a car and would like to do events by yourself would be encouraged. (we'll pay transport for car use)
