High volume, fast paced “Food Truck '' looking for a cook to work 3-4 full days a week. Sushi experience is not required; hours are 11am - 9pm most days , Thursday - Sunday with occasional Wednesday’s. Knife skills are required for cooking position, fast paced line, plating presentation is key. Pay is based on experience $20-$25 an hour plus bonus cash for busy days, extended services, private events and state theater shows. We are open in full swing Starting May 1st.
