Looking for an experienced kitchen help for a fantastic, busy year-round restaurant. Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Sous Chef, Line Cook, Brunch Cook or Prep Cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Familiar with industry’s best practices. A number of shifts available for full-time or part-time help. Up to a $1000 Sign on and yearly retention bonuses, paid vacation and health/dental plans available. Free Golf (in-season) to all employees. Kitchen only open until 9PM. Great work environment and above competitive pay for the reliable person(s) looking for long term position.
