Dutch’s Breakfast & Lunch is a small counter service restaurant in downtown Portland. We are looking for a cashier to join our team, schedule 7:30am-3:30pm 2 days a week. Right now open days are Friday and Sunday. Duties include setup and breakdown of the dining room, talking to customers, taking orders, running plates, side work, cleaning and whatever else you’d like to get your hands in.
Pay is part hourly and part tips; $13/hr to start plus pooled tips of between $10 and $14/hr, plus cash tips of $30-50 a week. This 2 day schedule usually pays out about $350 a week, more when busy. Benefits straight away are PTO, staff meal. After 1 year, 401k, vision, dental, and health insurance stipend available.
