Crispy Gài, a busy restaurant in the heart of the Old Port, is looking for an experienced Daytime Kitchen Manager to join our team!
The Position:
5 daytime shifts per week
hours are typically 8am-5pm
Responsible for leading both daytime lunch service and prep for both lunch and dinner services
Working closely with Dinner Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Leader – Previous kitchen management experience is preferred.
Flexible & Reliable – Open availability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player – A positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality are a must.
Experience with Thai cuisine is a bonus but not essential to the position
