Responsibilities:
Crafting classic and specialty cocktails, following recipes and instructions as decided by Lead Bartender
Warmly welcome and take ownership of each guest's experience, from start to finish, and promptly address guest needs and requests.
Share your comprehensive knowledge of all food, wine, and spirits to guide guests through their dining experience, build guest relationships, and welcome new guests into our family. Evaluate customer needs and preferences, providing informed and helpful recommendations.
Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
Assist with service bar tickets for the servers on the floor.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and inviting bar and restaurant environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Radiate a friendly, energetic demeanor with a positive and team-oriented approach.

It would be great if you had -
Bartending experience is preferred, along with a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits
Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity establishments
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
A genuine passion for restaurant hospitality, service, and craft cocktails
Experience with Toast, or a similar POS system
Pay: Base pay + equitable tip pool system
