Seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant for our properties in Scarborough and Portland, ME to act as our first point of contact for all prospective residents. This customer focused sales position interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and is responsible for performing all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong people skills and excellent organizational and time management skills. Applicant must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate should be computer proficient. You must enjoy a fast-paced, lively work environment and have prior sales experience.
