Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper with hands-on
experience in NetSuite to support our finance and operations team during a critical ERP
transition. This role will be instrumental in assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
validating financial data migration, and ensuring a smooth launch of NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the transition from Sage100 to NetSuite, including data validation and
reconciliation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing workflows, identifying
discrepancies, and documenting issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup of financial modules in
NetSuite.
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank
reconciliations, and journal entries.
Provide feedback and support during the initial NetSuite rollout phase.
Maintain organized records and assist with reporting as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience with NetSuite, especially in a finance or accounting role.
Familiarity with Sage100 is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with periodic office visits.
Physical Requirements
This job is primarily office-based, requiring extended computer use and the ability to lift up
to 20 pounds of files and office supplies.
