Barbee Business Services LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-loving, spreadsheet-obsessed, tech-comfy human to join our remote team.
What You’ll Do:
Manage small business client books in QuickBooks Online (training provided!)
Categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and keep everything neat + accurate
Use tools like Google Drive, spreadsheets, HubSpot, and more to stay organized
Communicate with clients + our team with clarity and a smile
What You Need:
A love for numbers and order
Great attention to detail
A reliable computer + internet
Willingness to learn (we’ll teach you QBO!)
5–10 hours/week to start, with room to grow
U.S.-based, W-2 part-time employee position
Bonus if you have bookkeeping experience, but we care more about mindset than resumes.
