Immediate full or part time position to oversee and manage all office administration including bookkeeping.
Experience and proficiency in QuickBooks, accounts payable, and reconciling banking and vendor accounts are a must. We offer flexible, full or part time hours, competitive wages, and a friendly, small family business environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience with payables and billing
Proficiency in Word, Excel - data entry, reports, reconciliations
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
Excellent verbal and writing skills
