Head of Safety (m/f/d) Moulded Glass

We are looking for a proactive Head of Safety (m/f/d) to drive and lead safety initiatives across our Moulded Glass Business Unit with multiple international production sites.Your key responsibilities:Develop and implement the BU-wide safety strategy in line with corporate goals, local regulations, and global best practicesLead safety performance and culture across international sites while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company standardsMonitor relevant safety regulations and report key compliance and performance indicators (KPIs) to managementDrive and support risk assessments, emergency response planning, and accident prevention measuresCoordinate and lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actionsEnsure comprehensive HSE training for all employees, including onboarding and regular refresher sessionsActive member of the Occupational Safety Council, contributing to continuous safety improvements
