Accounting Specialist - Receivables

Description We are partnering with a client in the Mid-Coast for an Accounting Specialist position, specializing in Receivables. This is a 100% on-site position but will be flexible around weather conditions. They offer a 2% 401k match, 8 holidays, 2 weeks PTO, and multiple health plans. In this Accounting Specialist - Receivables position you will be responsible for the hands on/transactional accounts receivables, billing, and credit card payments, while also running reports for aging receivables, speaking with external vendors and coordinating with internal Service Managers on current orders.
