Staffing Coordinator

Serve as the key point person for labor management of a multi-level assisted and skilled nursing community.Create and maintain weekly schedules for clinical employees for both the assisted living and nursing home neighborhoods.Improve financial performance by improving efficiency, eliminating redundant work schedules, reducing agency utilization and maximizing in-house shift pick ups. Handle scheduling conflicts and update team members about schedule changes. Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records and restricted information. Responsible for creating and scheduling Nursing Assistants and Nurse’s of the Nursing Department. Attend various community events. Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. Perform other duties as assigned.
