We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Maintenance Mechanic. These are direct hire positions, and we have a few different schedules available.Responsibilities:
This role will perform preventative and corrective maintenance including testing, inspections, service, repair, adjustments, and overhaul of equipment & tools on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule
Diagnose and address daily maintenance issues as scheduled
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance according to operational specifications and tolerances
Gain understanding of processes; and assist in the operation of process equipment, hydraulics, graph coils, high pressure vessels etc
Repair, rework, & calibrate hydraulic & pneumatic assemblies & systems to meet operational specifications & tolerances
Assist with Electrical maintenance and repair work
Respond to building emergencies and work with production operators
Emphasis on working safely and ensuring equipment and buildings are safe
Maintain good housekeeping
Must be capable of following all safety practices for handling materials and operating processes
Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide Lean improvement initiatives
Participate in daily maintenance crossover meetings to prioritize and assign work
Required to be on-call after hours on a rotating schedule to cover nights and weekends
