Job Title: Technical Administrative Coordinator/ IT Administrative Support AnalystLocation: Bangor, ME (Eastern Maine Medical Centre (EMMC)) 04401 United StatesPay Rate: $34/hrDuration: 24 months On W2Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Support Coordinator/ Technical Administrative Coordinator to support project manager and manage a team of onsite technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, advanced technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves heavy data entry, scheduling, invoicing, and close collaboration with the operations team to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of onsite technicians daily.

Organize and follow daily deployment schedules.

Collect and scan Proof of Delivery paperwork, file for future use.

Utilize MS Excel for daily deployment tracking and reporting.

Use MS Office for communication and reporting, including Teams and Email.

Communicate real-time issues and concerns with the Lead PM and work closely with customers and end-users.

Produce weekly activity reports for the client.

Coordinate access for individuals to work onsite on projects.

Monitor payment flow, handle invoicing, and collaborate with vendors and the accounting team.

Ensure delivery of industry support solutions and manage customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong technical skills and advanced knowledge in deployment management.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage an onsite team.

Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, including Teams and Email.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and senior management.

Proven record of leading large-scale projects to completion.

Bachelor's degree preferred or associate degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Thorough knowledge of HP products and services is a plus.

Knowledge and Experience:

Extensive knowledge of HP products, services, and industry trends.

Comprehensive business, technical, or functional knowledge at an expert level.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and adjust messages to the audience level.

Active listening skills and problem-solving capabilities (proactive, reactive, and creative).

Consulting skills to act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Intermediate skills in project management, communication, analysis, and presentation.
