Student Nutrition Services Associate

JOB SUMMARYThe Student Nutrition Services Associate position encompasses several jobs throughout the operation, including Utility and Café Line. Some positions involve customer service in the retail cafeteria, and others are support jobs like dish room, general cleaning, and putting away stock. Utility positions do not require staff members to clean bathrooms or patient rooms. While food service experience is helpful, we offer training and development, with the opportunity for advancement to applicants who demonstrate potential. JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: Current high school studentExperience: No Experience necessaryServSafe certification preferred but not necessaryPrior food service experience preferred for Café Line positionsWe offer training and development, with the opportunity for advancement to applicants who demonstrate potential.Other Skills:Provide high level of customer service in retail operation, both while serving from the hot food line, and while operating a POS/Cash registerAbility to speak and communicate effectively, and to be friendly, caring, and respectful to all within the organizationAbility to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formComply with all company, TJC, local, state, and federal regulations. Adhere to facility confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights policies. Assist in achieving stated patient and customer satisfaction goals, and mission initiatives of the organization.
