St. Joseph Healthcare, a Covenant Health member, is currently seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for its Emergency Department at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bangor, Maine. Ideal candidates will have completed a U.S.-based Emergency Medicine fellowship and have at least one year of clinical experience. Physician Assistants with 3+ years of full-time clinical experience will also be considered. Nurse Practitioner applicants must be highly qualified, with prior Emergency Department and trauma experience. This role offers a variable weekly schedule, including 8, 10, or 12-hour daytime shifts, with no overnight or on-call requirements. The department features single physician coverage, with 5 hours of overlap and double PA coverage during peak periods. Some benefits include:
