We are looking for a motivated Trucking Dispatcher who will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of our fleet of trucks. In this position, you will work closely with our drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure timely shipments. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, monitor driver performance, and resolve any issues that many arise during the transportation process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in dispatching trucks.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws.
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and transportation systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Attention to detail
Flexibility to work long hours and weekends
Knowledge of geography and routes.
