We are on the hunt for driven, goal-oriented individuals to join our expanding team. As an authorized dealer for AT&T , you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge technology and exceptional service directly to our customers.
About the Role:
- Hit the Ground Running:
With over 20,000 leads at your disposal, you’ll connect with potential customers through Lead Referral interactions and events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale engagements. Your mission? To exceed your sales goals and bring the best of AT&T to every Customer.
- Showcase Excellence:
Demonstrate the latest AT&T home fiber internet solutions and Mobile , providing personalized, top-notch service that meets the specific needs of each customer.
- Uncapped Earnings:
The sky’s the limit with our commission structure! Top performers can easily earn over $100K per year, with additional bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $20,000.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Outside Sales and Networking :
You’ve got the skills and experience to engage customers face-to-face and close deals. We’re building out our Outside Sales team and need pros who know the ropes.
- Eager Learners:
You’re open to learning new techniques and strategies, and thrive in an environment where continuous improvement is the norm.
- Availability:
We’re looking for individuals who can commit to working 4 to 6 days per week, taking full advantage of our extensive lead base.
- Driven & Independent:
This is a fully commission-based, 1099 position that rewards your hard work and dedication. You won’t be micromanaged; instead, you’ll have the freedom to excel and grow your income based on your efforts.

Compensation:
- Commission: $61,956 - $91,456 annually
- Bonuses: $10,000 - $20,000 in additional earnings potential
- Top Sellers: Earn over $100K per year
