Complete food preparation, service and cleaning duties. Maintain eqipment and kitchen facility. Maintain high standard of health, sanitation and safety. (Clean tables wash trays, clean floors, etc.) Work under the direction of the Food Service Manager. Cooperate with school officials and staff. Use portion control techniques. Understand and use standardized recipes. Follow instuctions concerning apperarance and grooming in the work place. Other duties to be delegated by the Food Service Manager as the program dictates.
High School diploma or GED certificate (preferred), should have sufficient ability to follow written instructions, interpret recipes and necessary printed matter.
