Property Preservation Specialist Responsibilities & Duties:
General Labor
Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs or more
Assistance in conducting regular property inspections to assess and report on the condition of properties
Perform necessary preservation and maintenance work, such as cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs
Ability to complete work in a timely and cost-effective manner
Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards
