We have an immediate opening for a full time or part time chiropractic assistant. Must have at least one year experience with: a chiropractic office or a medical office. It would be helpful to have experience with scheduling, medical terminology, billing, coding, collections and/or insurance verification.
Special consideration will be given to the following:
Chiropractic Office Experience
Medical Office Experience
Please include relevant Chiropractic Office Experience on your resume or cover letter.
Job Will Include The Following Duties:
HIPAA Compliance
Verifying patient insurance
Vitals using manual assessment
Physical therapy (ultrasound, e-stem, cold laser, spinal decompression. etc.)
MRI/CT referrals
Filing
Cleaning the office
Posting Patient Payments
Effective communication to patients for collecting copay's and deductibles.
Working with the doctor's to do other task that need to be done.
