Supervise a team of housing inspectors responsible for conducting inspections of rental properties for Housing Choice Voucher participantsEnsure that inspections are conducted in accordance with HQS and other applicable regulationsProvide guidance and training to inspection staff on HQS and other regulations, inspection procedures, and effective communication with program participants and property ownersManage the scheduling and coordination of inspections, ensuring that all inspections are conducted in a timely and efficient mannerOversee the quality of inspection reports, ensuring that reports are accurate, complete, and timelyCollaborate with program staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting of inspection resultsMaintain accurate and complete records of all inspections and related activitiesDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve inspection processes and quality
