Job Title: Diesel Service TechnicianJob DescriptionPerform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), drains, controllers, and low-pressure blowers. Pressure wash and effectively clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc. Communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs. Complete service-related documentation including service reports, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return documents. Attend training at our Air Academy as well as train with Senior Service Technicians. Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed.Responsibilities
Perform electrical maintenance ranging from 480v-4160v
Communicate with customers and Service Manager
Complete service-related documentation
Attend and participate in training sessions in Houston
Set, install, and pipe compressor systems
Essential Skills
Experience in field service, industrial or facility maintenance
Electrical maintenance experience
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
Diagnose HVAC problems
Preventative maintenance
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS
Capable of independent work
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Diesel maintenance experience preferred
Welding and fabrication skills a plus
