We have a locked-in contract with Patrician Military Housing at Belle Chasse Navy Base. Pricing is NOT negotiable. This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week job. Take it or leave it.
We already have crews working — I’m looking for professional painters who don’t need to be micromanaged. This is straightforward work.
The Work:
New tenant turnover units (2, 3, and 4 bedrooms)
1 coat of paint on everything – walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets, pantry shelves
Units are completely empty and cleaned before you start
2 & 3 BR units = 1 day; 4 BR units = 1.5 days (even my slowest subs keep this pace)
Sizes: 600–1800 sq. ft., 8’ ceilings, 4” baseboards, open floor plans
Paint is provided
Scope of Work:
1. Remove all nails/screws from walls
2. Spackle small holes
3. Paint walls (1 color), flat white ceilings, semi-gloss white trim/doors
4. Extras paid separately: drywall patching, priming water stains, sanding damaged trim
Pay:
If you work like a pro every day, expect $2,500+/week
You provide: tools, tape, drop cloths, spackle
Paid weekly (work one week, paid the next)
Requirements – No Exceptions:
1. Valid driver’s license (not expired/revoked)
2. Clean record – no attachments, no warrants, no back child support
3. Legal to work in the U.S. (background check required)
4. Reliable transportation with current registration & insurance for base access
5. Active General Liability & Workers’ Compensation insurance – must provide certificates
Other Notes:
Units are assigned randomly – no requests
Show up every day and work – guaranteed work week after week
Miss a day without notice? You’re replaced.
